William died February 11, 1963 in St.Charles, MO, at 88 years of age. His body was interred in Portage Des Sioux, MO.

He married Clara Johnson. Clara was born March 10, 1873. Clara was the daughter of Jules Stanislaus Johnson and Anna Schmiedeke. Clara died March 2, 1961 in St.Charles, MO, at 87 years of age. At 24 years of age Clara became the mother of John Warner Briscoe in Portage De Siuox, MO, August 10, 1897. At 28 years of age Clara became the mother of Anna Marie Briscoe 1901. At 30 years of age Clara became the mother of Joseph Randolph Briscoe 1903. At 34 years of age Clara became the mother of Clara-Anita Briscoe 1907.

At 22 years of age William became the father of John Warner Briscoe in Portage De Siuox, MO, August 10, 1897. At 26 years of age William became the father of Anna Marie Briscoe 1901. At 28 years of age William became the father of Joseph Randolph Briscoe 1903. At 32 years of age William became the father of Clara-Anita Briscoe 1907.

William Meyer Randolph Briscoe and Clara Johnson had the following children:
